Walk in type Ground Level Transformer Substation Building

The PAC type PREFORMA-PF transformer substation, in accordance with EDF HN 64-S-33 and IEC standards, includes a factory-assembled concrete enclosure, with a monoblock structure, containing the electrical components.

The PREFORMA-PF consists of :

A reinforced concrete enclosure, painted and equipped with: doors and ventilation, protective window for external indicator, public lighting unit, internal lighting and socket, protection and earthing circuits and equipotential belt.
An MV switchgear, compact or extendable compact type
An MV/LV transformer
An LV board, TIPI/LV type
Auxiliaries: Fault detectors, ITI box and public lighting bars
Connections for various types of switchgear

PREFORMA-PF substations can be classified in 2 main families:

Traditional PREFORMA substations with flat roof and standard RAL colours (Ivory 1015, Green 6003, Grey 7035 and Brown 8017)

Customised PREFORMA substations with a wide choice of roofs and covers (slate, tiles, etc.) and also an extensive range of cladding (stone, brick, timber, etc.)
