Ormazabal leads the OPTIMUS project within the framework of the programme “Collaboration Challenges” of the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.
The project takes place throughout the period from 2014 to 2016, with the collaboration of the companies DIAEL and SITEL and Modragón MGE and UPM Universities.
The aim of the OPTIMUS project is to obtain sustainable generation and distribution of energy which is respectful of the environment, economically feasible and socially acceptable. All thanks to diagnosis of the insulation of the distribution grid by monitoring partial discharges.
