The ORTZE-CV project is led by Ingeteam. Ormazabal takes part alongside leading companies in the Basque industry. The project forms part of the Basque Regional Government's "HAZITEK" programme and is carried out during 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Aims

The main aim of the project is to research and develop integrated high-energy efficiency hybrid plant and electric propulsion solutions and technologies with very low emissions, high reliability and safety, for application in coastal or cabotage vessels generally operating near the coast.

ORTZE-CV is a project co-funded by the BASQUE GOVERNMENT and the EUROPEAN UNION through the European Regional Development Fund 2014-2020 (FEDER).
