The first PFU installed

We have installed the first prefabricated concrete transformer substation in Mexico. This product, an Ormazabal PFU-4 installation, is located in an industrial estate in the city of Celaya, Guanajuato state, Mexico.
This solution, an innovative one for the Mexican market, includes a distribution transformer, a low voltage board and the medium-voltage switchgear necessary for disconnection and protection, built into a prefabricated concrete enclosure.
At Ormazabal we are one of the 4 largest manufacturers of protection, disconnection and transformation equipment in the world, having sold more than 1.2 million units. Our units are designed, manufactured, tested and approved in accordance with the most demanding international standards, in order to provide maximum safety, reliability and service life.
