Kaizen Lean Award, recognition of continuous improvementThe Kaizen Lean award aims to stimulate good practices related to continuous improvement. For this purpose, every year, the Kaizen Institute and the collaborating institutions recognise best practices; and the winning companies see how these awards motivate their teams and increase involvement for their leaders.
The Kaizen Lean Awards recognise companies' work in four areas of excellence: Productivity, Quality, Health Sector and Continuous Improvement System.
The "Excellence in Productivity" category has recognised the effort made over a long period of time by the entire team at Ormazabal Primary Distribution.
In this 2016 edition, the collaborating institutions, which made up the Evaluation Committee, are the Spanish Association for Quality (AEC), PSA Group and the Cluster Foundation of Automotive Companies of Galicia (CEAGA).
The awards will be presented at an event held on Monday, 21st November at the Palacio de Cibeles in Madrid.
