As part of its product range, Ormazabal offers its own hermetically-sealed integral filling transformers with on-load tap changers (OLTC). These smart transformers can regulate in low voltage in order to maintain stable voltage, offsetting fluctuations in medium voltage and reacting dynamically in low voltage to the distributed generation and to variations in the load.

The innovative design of the OLTC allows compact smart transformers which take up floor space equivalent to the conventional transforma family range.
