After decades of producing different types of transformer substations, in 1991 Ormazabal developed its first concrete monoblock enclosure for transformer substations.
Since then it has developed a wider range with flexible configurations for different electrical distribution diagrams and with a wide variety of surface finishes.
Ormazabal's prefabricated concrete enclosures are used in many Distribution Network Solutions (DNS) for utilities (conventional generation, public distribution, smart grids, etc.), end-users of electrical energy (infrastructure, industry, and tertiary) and renewable energy (wind farms and photovoltaic solar power plants).
