MVS – Medium Voltage Sensors for Smartgrid Applications

Ormazabal leads the MVS project within the framework of the MINECO’s “Collaboration Challenges” program.

The project will be executed during the years 2014-2016 and has the collaboration of the Spanish National Research Agency (CSIC) in the consortium.

Objectives:

The MVS project consists of providing the medium-voltage electrical switchgear installed in the distribution electricity grid with the control, protection and communications capabilities necessary for the implementation of the electricity grid of the future (Smartgrid).
