OPTIMUS – On-line Partial discharge Trackin using an Improved Monitoring and Ubiquitous Solution

Ormazabal leads the OPTIMUS project within the framework of the MINECO’s “Collaboration Challenges” program.

The project, which is being implemented during the years 2014-2016, has the collaboration of the companies DIAEL and SITEL and the universities of Modragón MGE and UPM.

 

Objectives:

 

The objective of the OPTIMUS project is to achieve sustainable generation and distribution of energy that is environmentally friendly, economically affordable and socially acceptable. All this thanks to the diagnosis of the isolation of the distribution network, through the monitoring of partial discharges.
