WIND 4.0 – Collaborative development of 4.0 manufacturing technologies in the Basque wind industry

This project, led by GAMESA, includes the participation of ORMAZABAL along with leading companies such as HINE, INGETEAM, LAU LAGUN and JASO.

The project is part of the “HAZITEK ESTRATÉGICO” program (Exp. ZE-2019/00037) of the Basque Government and will be developed during the years 2019 – 2021.

Objectives:

The general objective of the project is to investigate the implementation of Industry 4.0 enabling technologies in the Basque wind industry, in order to develop a new generation of products and services for advanced wind turbines that improve the competitiveness of the different agents in the sector involved (suppliers, manufacturers and customers) and position them as leaders in their respective fields of activity.
