Ormazabal integrating a concrete transformer substation into the façade of the La Maransine residential area

La Maransine residence, located near the port of La Rochelle in France, is an eco-responsible project that meets the RT-2012 regulations, and guarantees a positive energy balance with maintenance costs control.

Ormazabal has contributed to this project with a 1000 kVA power solution that can be integrated in the building frontage. Our preforma.pf-4s prefabricated concrete transformer substation is a solution approved by ENEDIS that can be integrated by craning or displacement operation.

The Résidence la Maransine in La Rochelle will house 60 families. Its architecture has been designed to fit harmoniously into the environment.
